The tourist states that when he refused to pay the woman, she called two countrymen who forced him to strip naked and filmed him with her phone.
The tourist later reported the matter to the police and the Nigerian trio was apprehended shortly
Police raided the hotel and arrested the two male suspects. The woman was found hiding on the roof above the reception.
The prosecutors accuse the suspects of molesting the Saudi and for stealing his money and wristwatch.
They were also accused for breaching his privacy by filming him against his will and for misusing the telecommunication system by threatening to post his naked images online.
The trio pleaded not guilty before the Dubai Court of First Instance on Monday, October 9
The men contended that they neither threatened him not did they steal the money or the watch and that he willingly gave it to them because he came to the room to have sex.
The woman admitted that she enticed the tourist to have sex with her before her countrymen filmed him nude.
A ruling will be heard on October 30.
